About
I'm Ivan Pryntsev, founder of Pryntsev Ballet Academy, creator of StudioFlow and Studio OS, and host of Studio Founders.
Like many studio owners, I started by doing everything myself.
I taught classes, answered parent emails, hired teachers, managed schedules, handled marketing, solved daily problems, and tried to grow the business—all at the same time.
For years, I believed working harder was the answer.
It wasn't.
As Pryntsev Ballet Academy grew, I realized that successful studios aren't built by owners who work longer hours. They're built on systems, great people, strong leadership, and the willingness to evolve.
With the guidance of incredible mentors, years of implementation, and countless lessons learned through real experience, I transformed the way our academy operates. Today, we're expanding from one studio to multiple locations with a business supported by systems, technology, and a team—not just the owner.
Along the way, I discovered that thousands of studio owners face the same challenges I once faced.
That's why I created Studio OS—to give studio owners a practical operating system for growing their businesses.
And that's why we built StudioFlow—to simplify the daily operations of running a studio.
Today, my mission is simple.
Help dance studio owners build businesses that grow without depending on them for everything—so they can spend more time doing what they love most.
For too long, studio owners have believed they have to do everything themselves.
I don't believe that's true.
With the right systems, the right people, and the right technology, we can build stronger studios, stronger leaders, and a stronger dance community—together.
This is more than software. More than coaching. It's a movement to help studio owners build businesses they love leading.
